MISSION STATEMENT

Engaging the imaginations of parents, children, and educators through the documentation of local artists, environmentalists, and giving spirits.

At the heart of The Radius Project are the hopes, dreams, and historical achievements of people who empower the limitless possibilities of a neighborhood.

Our goals strive to create a comprehensive resource that sparks curiosity about people who demonstrate imagination and creativity within a one-mile radius.

Our post-film Q&A encourages unique conversations at libraries, community centers, and schools. We help audiences rediscover the potential of their neighborhoods from the perspectives of local visionaries.

The Radius Project is an initiative of The Artist Archive, a 501(c)3 organization sponsored by the New York Foundation for the Arts. We involve student filmmakers in our productions.
