The Radius Project (TRP) is a hyperlocal, interactive community guide that helps people discover and explore the impact of imaginative thinkers in their neighborhood:
We engage PTAs, schools, civic groups, environmental advocates, and arts orgs to nominate inspiring local achievements, then make a short doc film about their story.
Each film is screened in community centers, libraries, and schools within a one-mile radius of its subject.
Our free events include facilitated Q&A sessions with parents, educators, historians, and the featured artists, environmentalists, and volunteers.
Singer Pete Seeger said in one of our films: “It is the little things in life that transform the quality and potential of our societies.”
TRP is a diverse resource for unique conversations that explore strategies that foster problem-solving, relationship-building through mutual understanding, and shared objectives. Our films show local people using imagination and constructive, practical missions to unite neighbors with a sense of purpose, dignity, and accomplishment.
These fun public events bring neighbors together to celebrate their local imaginative thinkers—who elevate the quality of life within a one-mile radius of their community.
Through intergenerational talks and local tours, we highlight local accomplishments that enrich lives through creativity, environmental stewardship, and generosity.
The Radius Project engages communities as powerful microcosms of teaching and learning experiences that spark think tanks for future visionaries.
